About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ATM Officer. This role involves overseeing and managing the daily
operations of ATMs to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure replenishing and balancing of cash at ATMs is in line with policies and procedures. Daily monitoring of ATM cash levels ensuring
    sufficient cash levels are maintained at all times.
  • Ordering cash for cash replenishment
  • Troubleshoot and maintain ATM systems ensuring ATM uptime at all times; escalation to IT for any network related issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and minimizing customer impact.
  • Ensure cleanliness of ATMs off-site and neat display of Bank’s branding and signage is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure strict compliance to cash management procedure during ATM replenishment runs being mindful of safety and security procedures.
  • Provide technical support such as loading of promotional screens, attending to ATM repairs such as card reader, dispenser, receipt printer,
    presenter and carry out other maintenance work in a timely manner.
  • Assist in testing of any ATM upgrade or enhancement when required.
  • Fulfil customer needs by providing solutions/responses to our customers’ electronic banking needs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a relationships with merchants to ensure merchant promotions and complaints are effectively handled

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum NCEA Level 3
  • Proficient in General/Desktop Microsoft Applications
  • Good planning, time management and organizing ability
  • Proficient in Oral & Written English
  • Intermediate technical skills in Safety & Security
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
